Humboldt Creamery is a member cooperative owned by 50 Northern California dairy families and their families.

The oldest active dairy cooperative in the state, Humboldt Creamery produces a full line of organic and traditional dairy products, including ice cream, fluid milk, and powdered milk. Because our member/owners practice pasture-based farming, not only are our cows healthier, but our milk is richer and uniquely flavorful. We practice humane treatment of our cows and have been rBST free for over 10 years.
